Interleukin-17 receptor B is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IL17RB gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine receptor. IL17BR and especially the HOXB13:IL17BR ratio index in particular, strongly predicts clinical outcome in breast cancer patients receiving tamoxifen monotherapy.
